An experienced, multidisciplinary sustainability team

Zülal's areas of expertise include assessing climate-related risks and opportunities, TSRS reporting, CDP, ESG index management and sustainable finance. She has experience advising companies in the finance, automotive and energy sectors.

A graduate of Boğaziçi University's Economics program, with a master's in Development Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), Zülal worked with United Nations agencies and in sustainability consulting. She applies the experience gained in sustainable development, impact measurement and evaluation, and corporate sustainability to her consulting work.

Sustainability and integrated reporting, TSRS reporting, climate strategy, ESG ratings, and energy and emissions management make up Övül's main areas of expertise. She provides sustainability consulting to companies in the energy, finance, retail and automotive sectors.

A graduate of Istanbul University's Environmental Engineering program, Övül has worked at international consulting firms on sustainability strategy, corporate reporting, CDP engagements, and the development of targets and performance indicators. She brings the experience gained across different sectors to companies' sustainability performance assessment and improvement processes.

Working in sustainability with companies in the finance, automotive and media sectors, Aysel specializes in sustainability and climate strategy, TSRS reporting, corporate capacity building and stakeholder engagement. Her consulting work focuses on strategy development, reporting, training and workshop design.

A graduate of Boğaziçi University with a double major in Sociology and Economics, and a master's from Politecnico di Milano in Urban Planning and Policy Design, Aysel carried out academic research on the clean-energy transition and innovative financing models. Her experience in international development projects and sustainability consulting brings an interdisciplinary perspective to her work.

Elif Beyda works in corporate sustainability management, ESG strategy and sustainability reporting. Her areas of expertise include sustainability governance, performance and target tracking, and GRI- and TSRS-aligned reporting.

A graduate of Istanbul University's Business Administration program, Elif Beyda gained experience in corporate sustainability management in the private sector. At ZOA, she works on consulting projects focused on sustainability reporting and the development and implementation of ESG strategies.
